Cynthia Lam

Cynthia Lam graduated from the University of Macau in 2016, and began her professional career that same year at Luis Reigadas Law and Notary Office. In 2018, she was admitted by the Macau Lawyers Association as a trainee lawyer and, after two years of training, successfully passed the examinations in 2020, becoming a registered lawyer recognized by the Macau Lawyers Association, and completed the “The Professional Mediation Certificate Course” in July 2025, became a member of the Macau Institute of Professional Mediators. She has participated as a guest speaker in various legal colloquiums and law dissemination programs, actively engaging in legal outreach and promotion activities.

Cynthia Lam has been working in the legal field since 2016, and is currently a partner at RAC Lawyers and Notaries, a registered lawyer with the Macau Lawyers Association, a member of the Popular Mediation Commission for Intellectual Property Disputes of Zhuhai City and a member of the Macau Institute of Professional Mediators, and a legal consultant to numerous associations.
